Loving mother of Wendy Starr Smith (Steve)of Richmond, VA, Sandra Starr (Paul Baumgardner) of Atlanta, GA, and Bradley David Starr (Carla) of Raleigh, NC. Dear grandmother of Stephen Blair Smith, Jr., Benjamin David Starr and William Hunter Starr. Beloved sister of John Cameron Babcock, Annie Isabella Aiken, Helen Guzowski, Bernadette Steinke and the late David Edward Babcock. Passed away April 21, 2009, age 77. Visitation will take place at the Hodapp Funeral Home, 8815 Cincinnati-Columbus Rd.
