Beloved father of Bradley (Gwyn) Mazuk, Gregory (Mary) Mazuk, and Jeffrey Mazuk. Dear grandfather of Melina, Jaden, Eleanor, Grace, and the late Jared Mazuk. Dear Brother of Michael, Gary, Steven, and James. Cherished son of the late Louis and Helen Mazuk. Passed away November 9, 2024 at age 77. Visitation will be held at Hodapp Funeral Home, 6410 Cincinnati Dayton Rd., Liberty Twp., OH 45044, on Thursday, November 14, 2024, from 10am until time of Funeral Service at 12 noon.
