Beloved wife of the late Robert Merkle, loving mother of David (Carol) Merkle, the late Ken (Cathy) Merkle, Kathy (Joe) Dollenmeyer, Tom (Sally) Merkle and Maryanne (John) Lindeman, cherished grandmother of 15, great-grandmother of 33 and great-great-grandmother of 1. Laverne was a member of the Northside K of C Ladies Auxiliary. LaVerne passed away on Sunday August 15, 2021 at age 99. Visitation at St. Vivian Church 7600 Winton Rd. 45224 on Saturday August 21 from 9:30 AM until Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM.
