Leon James Bowers

Bowers, Leon J. (Jim) beloved husband of the late Marietta Bowers (nee Morgan). Dear father of Brad (Lea) Bowers, Debbie (Jim) Brookshire, Mark (Corina) Bowers, Kim (Dave) Berwanger, Brian (Bev) Bowers and the late Steve McIlvain and Barbara Kopittke (nee Bowers). Loving grandfather of Lindsay Fregiato, Stacey Loth, Stephanie Miller, Jillian Raines, Jason Berwanger, Lauryn Berwanger, Melissa Bowers, Amanda Bowers, Christopher Bowers, Elizabeth Hall, Philip McIlvain, Lisa Hannah and Scott Kopittke. Also survived by 20 great-grandchildren and nieces Bonnie Langer and Pat Ghantous. Jim will be fondly remembered as the Little Debbie snack cake man. Passed away September 13, 2012, at the age of 87. Visitation will be held Monday, September 17, 2012 at Hodapp Funeral Home 8815 Cincinnati-Columbus Rd (Rt. 42) West Chester, OH 45069 from 10 AM until the time of the funeral service at 11 AM.
