READ, Leroy. Beloved husband of the late Frieda M. Read (nee Dier). Dear father of Sandra Lee Read, Bruce A.(Linda) Read and Peggy Ann (Dave) Jones. Loving grandfather of Scott Read, Stacey Brady and Susan Fischer. Devoted great-grandfather of Aidan, Ethan, Hayden and Peyton. Brother-in-law of Charles Dier. WW II Army veteran. He worked for the L & N Railroad for 45 years. Volunteered at the Cincinnati Zoo for 10 years. Longtime resident of Hartwell. Passed away April 15, 2016 at age 94. Visitation to be held at Hodapp Funeral Home, 6041 Hamilton Ave., College Hill, 45224, Monday April 18, 2016 from 5-8 PM.
