Margaret Ruth Herrin

Margaret Ruth “Gramma” Herrin, 89, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Sunday February 23, 2020. She was preceded in death by her parents, Oliver and Margaret “Peg” Hoffman, her husband Maurice and her son Michael.  She is survived by her sister Carol Branch, children Kathleen (Dale) Graham, Mark (Elizabeth) Herrin, Cynthia (Clarence J., III) Hughes, and Elizabeth (John) Hoff, and grandchildren Ryan, Brad (Anna), Ben, CJ IV., Rachel, Paige and Katherine, and nieces Susan (Robert) Gillespie, Karen (Joseph) Kruczek and nephew David (Julie) Branch.

She was “always a nurse” and had been known as “Magnificent Maggie” when she worked as head nurse at General Hospital. She was an avid Bengals fan and loved animals.

Per her request there will be no funeral or memorial service. Memorials are suggested for The Humane Society, The Alzhiemer's Society or donor’s choice.
