Mark Fugazzi, beloved husband of Teresa Fugazzi for 35 years, loving father Curtis Fugazzi, grandfather of Gianna Fugazzi, brother of Linda Fredericks and Pam Conradi and nieces and nephews.
Mark is preceded in death by his parents John and Norma Fugazzi and his brother John “Jack” Fugazzi.
Mark as a young man was a Chef. He loved cooking for family and friends. Everyone enjoyed Mark’s dishes. Seeking a career change, Mark went to work at a local family-owned jewelry repair shop where he found his passion. He was later mentored at another family-owned shop where he perfected is craft. Mark went on to establish his own repair business and later opened Fugazzi Jewelers with his wife Teresa in 2010.
Mark was a great handyman; he could work on anything from woodworking to home repairs to vehicles. Mark was a man who enjoyed his vehicles. Cars, motorcycles, go carts you name it. He loved his pets, the German Shepherds to the small rescue. He enjoyed anything to do on the water: fishing, canoeing, boating, skiing, and swimming. Many vacations were spent in these activities. He also enjoyed hiking and camping, especially at Red River Gorge, Kentucky.
Mark had a great sense of humor. Many of his friends will remember his crazy stunts over the years. Friends and family will always have memories of his elaborate Halloween parties. Mark was crazy about fireworks and the 4th of July, ever since he was a youngster, his parents always hosted the big Italian party over the years. Mark never let a 4th go by without putting on his own display.
Words cannot express how greatly his family will miss his laughter, smile and wit.
