HAGGARD, Mary Cecilia “Ceil” (nee Wethington), dearly beloved wife of the late Loyal L. “Tom” Haggard, loving Mom of Joyce (Ernie) Hughes, Les (Carol Lee) Haggard, Nancy (Bob) Adams and the late Phyllis (Dick) Gronauer, Grandma of Mike, Rick and Don Hughes, Kim Morgan, Dave Haggard, Steve and Paul Gronauer, Barbara Doles, Julie Rehkamp, Ken and Jim Rodgers, Great-Grandma of 22 and Great-Great Grandma of 1, sister of George Pruitt Wethington and sister-in-law of Darlene and Verl Haggard. She was preceded in death by son-in-law Ken Rodgers, brothers Austin, Bob, Gordon and Al Wethington and sisters Ann Brockman and Alethia Wesley. She passed away on Thursday, May 26, at the age of 98. Friends and family may visit at Arlington Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Chapel, 2145 Compton Rd., Mount Healthy, Tuesday from 10 a.m. until funeral service at 12 noon.
