Mary Cowan

COWAN, Mary “Betty” (nee Chewing). Beloved wife of the late James "Jack" Cowan. Loving mother of the late Guy Cowan and Gregg Cowan (survived by Marilyn). Grandmother of GySgt. Jacob Cowan, USMC (Jamie), William Spivey, Patrick, Justin, Brian, Casey and Kelly Cowan. Sister of John Chewing. Also survived by D’Ann Chewing-Eflers, Chuck and Judy Cowan and many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and dear friends. Passed away on January 21, 2021 at the age of 90. Visitation at Hodapp Funeral Home, 7401 Vine St., Carthage, Monday, February 1st., from 11AM until time of Blessing at 12 Noon.
