Mary Garnet Cook

Mary Garnet Cook, age 96, formerly of Springboro, Ohio passed on to her Heavenly Home, Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at Hospice of Dayton (Middletown location).

Garnet is preceded in death by her husband, Paul Cook; grandson, Chip Eyler; great granddaughter, Angel Marie Penwell.  She is survived by her sister, Lydia Barker; sister-in-law, Mary Nicodemus; four adult children, Larry (Carlena) Cook, Paula (Dave) Morris, Janie Jensen, Jill Penwell; 12 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren and one great- great-grandson; numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Garnet was a wonderful homemaker, housewife and mother.  She was also a pool-shark at Canterbury Court, winning several pool tournaments where she lived for several years.  She lived a long, productive and healthy life and she will be missed by all those who knew and loved her.
