GILL,​ ​Mary​ ​(nee​ ​Ehling),​ ​beloved​ ​wife​ ​for​ ​51​ ​years​ ​of the​ ​late​ ​John​ ​Gill,​ ​loving​ ​mother​ ​of​ ​Phyllis​ ​(Tom) Huesman,​ ​devoted​ ​grandmother​ ​of​ ​John​ ​T.​ ​(April) Jordan​ ​and​ ​Tyler​ ​Huesman,​ ​cherished​ ​great grandmother​ ​of​ ​Evelyn​ ​and​ ​Ashlyn,​ ​daughter​ ​of​ ​the late​ ​Kasper​ ​and​ ​Margaret​ ​Ehling,​ ​dear​ ​sister​ ​of​ ​the late​ ​Kasper​ ​(Charlotte)​ ​Ehling,​ ​John​ ​(Dorothy) Ehling,​ ​Margaret​ ​(Frank)​ ​Krieg,​ ​Elizabeth​ ​(Charles) Brown,​ ​Anna​ ​(Ferd)​ ​Hornberger​ ​and​ ​Frankie​ ​(Lil) Ehling.​ ​​ ​Mary​ ​passed​ ​away​ ​on​ ​Wednesday, November​ ​15​th​​ ​at​ ​the​ ​age​ ​of​ ​87.​ ​She​ ​dedicated​ ​25 years​ ​of​ ​her​ ​life​ ​to​ ​the​ ​Boy​ ​Scouts​ ​of​ ​America, putting​ ​her​ ​heart​ ​and​ ​soul​ ​into​ ​her​ ​work​ ​with​ ​the amazing​ ​young​ ​men​ ​she​ ​was​ ​honored​ ​to​ ​work​ ​with. Even​ ​in​ ​her​ ​70’s​ ​you​ ​could​ ​find​ ​her​ ​emerging​ ​from​ ​a tent​ ​on​ ​a​ ​frosting​ ​morning​ ​to​ ​do​ ​all​ ​she​ ​could​ ​to help​ ​develop​ ​dozens​ ​of​ ​Eagle​ ​Scouts,​ ​who​ ​included her​ ​three​ ​grandsons.​ ​She​ ​touched​ ​many​ ​hearts​ ​in her​ ​her​ ​lifetime​ ​and​ ​her​ ​legacy​ ​of​ ​love​ ​and​ ​laughter goes​ ​on.​ ​Visitation​ ​will​ ​be​ ​held​ ​on​ ​Monday, November​ ​20th​ ​from​ ​5-7​ ​PM​ ​at​ ​Hodapp​ ​Funeral Home,​ ​6041​ ​Hamilton​ ​Avenue,​ ​College​ ​Hill,​ ​45224.
