Mary LaBonde

The family of Mary E. LaBonde (Mimi) shares the grief of her loss.  Mary died on August 29^th at The Christian Village at Mason, in Cincinnati.  Mary celebrated her 100^th birthday with family and friends on February 14^th. 

Born and raised in Milford, Ohio, Mary and her husband, Robert E. LaBonde, raised their family in Madeira, OH.  Mary and Bob were married during WWII and spent 61 years together before his passing in 2006.

Mimi was the mother of Laurie (David) Sizemore, Rev. Mark (Jan) LaBonde and she was blessed with 4 grandchildren: Scott (Jessie) Obermeyer; Beth (Patrick) Fagan; Erin (Rob) Welniak and Trent LaBonde as well as 7 great-grandchildren: Lucy, Molly & Thomas Obermeyer; Jordan & Conal Fagan and Kayla & Robert Welniak.

For those that knew her, she could only be described as a constant light in our lives.  Well done, good and faithful servant.  Rest well in God’s presence.

A visitation will be held at the Christian Village at Mason, 411 Western Row Road, Mason, OH  45040 at 11:00 on Saturday, September 2^nd.  Celebration of Life service to be held at noon.
