Mary M. Kappner

KAPPNER Mary Margaret (nee Ahern), beloved wife of 54 years to her deceased husband Kenneth Joseph Kappner. Devoted mother of Kathy, Mary Ann, Ken, and Tim (Teresa). Dear sister to Joe Ahern.  Loving grandmother of Jason Hauser. Sister in law to Janet Ahern and Paul Twilling and many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.  Preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Margaret Ahern and sister, Patricia Twilling.  Mary Kappner died on January 16, 2016.  Mary spent her last 4 years residing at the Barrington of West Chester where she will always be remembered as “Pretty Mary”, the lady with the warm and inviting smile. Visitation will be held Thursday, January 21 from 10 am -12 pm at Hodapp Funeral Home, 8815 Cinti-Columbus Rd., (Rt 42), West Chester. Mass of Christian Burial will immediately follow at 12:30 pm at St. Susanna Church, 616 Reading Rd., Mason, OH.
