MORAN, Mary E. (nee Gertz), loving and devoted mother of Mary Lynn Eberl, dear grandmother of Steve (Jamie) Eberl and Kimberly Eberl, great grandmother of Shane Eberl, dear daughter of the late Marie and Charles Gertz, sister of William Gertz, Melvin (Virginia) Gertz, Rita (Ron) Kirkwood, Patricia (the late John) Cain, Thomas (Nancy) Gertz, Robert (Andrea) Gertz, Anthony (Mary Jane) Gertz and the late Charles (the late Annetta) Gertz and Julie Gertz, also survived by many nieces and nephews. Sunday, March 15, 2009, age 81. Mrs. Moran was a life-long resident of Reading and retired as City Clerk for the City of Reading. She was also a member of the Rosary Altar Society, Reading Republican Club and a proud graduate of Our Lady of Angels High School. Visitation at Hodapp Funeral Home, 7401 Vine St., Carthage, Wednesday 5-8 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial Thursday 10 a.m. at Sts. Peter & Paul Church in Reading. Memorials may be directed to the Sts.
