Michael O. Roberts

Michael Oakley Roberts, 55, passed away on March 23, 2018 at Hospice of Butler & Warren Counties, following a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. Michael was born on July 16, 1962 and was raised and resided in Centerville, Ohio the majority of his life. At the time of his death he was a resident of Liberty Township, Ohio. Michael was a loyal employee of Fidelity Investments for over 20 years and loved serving his clients.

He is survived by his wife, Jessica McVey, son Kyle (Lindsay) Roberts, mother Linda (Jim) Collins, father Oakley (Barbara) Roberts, sister Missy (Greg) Woolums, two grandchildren, Lucy & Jude Roberts, a nephew & niece, Robby & Julia Woolums, and his first wife, Lynn Stuckey. In addition, Mr. Roberts was loved deeply by his father & mother-in-law, Marion & Barbara McVey, sister and brother-in-law, Leslie and Johnny Easter, two brothers-in-law, Aaron McVey and Robert McVey and his wife’s nephew & niece, Sawyer & Anna Easter. He is preceded in death by his brother, Eric Roberts.

An open house celebrating Michael’s life will be held on Saturday, April 21, 2018 from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. at The Clubhouse at the Villages of Winding Creek, 9700 Stone Creek Boulevard, Centerville, Ohio 45458. Michael enjoyed donating time and money to causes he believed in. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Make-A-Wish Ohio, Kentucky & Indiana, 2545 Farmers Drive, #300, Columbus, Ohio 43235 and Adore-A-Bull Rescue, P.O.
