Michael E. Underwood, born on October 22, 1954 in Cincinnati Ohio, passed away on December 21, 2023.

Beloved husband of Teresa M. (Welch) Underwood.

Loving father of Mikey Underwood, Megan Underwood and Sherry (Mike) Matthews.

Cherished grandfather of Jordan, Brynnlee, Elijah and Caleb.

Son of the late Nannie and Walter Underwood.

Brother of  Brenda (Nathan) Jones, Teresa (Alan) Freese, Jackie Underwood, Gary Underwood and the late Christine (Donnie) Dunford.

Uncle to many beloved nieces and nephews.

Michael was a loving devout husband to Teresa for 36 years and a loving father to his children and grandchildren. He cherished the many friends that he made throughout his lifetime.

Visitation will take place at the Hodapp Funeral Home 6041 Hamilton Ave., College Hill, Thursday, December 28th from 6PM until 8PM. Funeral Service will take place on Friday at 11:30AM at the Funeral Home. Burial will follow immediatly at Crown Hill Memorial Park.
