Myra R. Cofield Aman

Myra R. Cofield, born in Ennis, Texas in 1951, died 26 Nov 2017 in Mason, Ohio. She graduated from Irving High School, Irving, Texas, and the University Of Texas @ Arlington with a B.A. in Mathematics cum laude. After teaching high school math and computer science, Myra spent 30 years at General Electric as a programmer at the Johnson Space Center, a hardware/software trouble-shooter for military automated engine test stands, and the lead for Support Equipment Management Team. She is survived by her sister, Mrs. Jamie Sue Cofield Noble, her spouse of 47 years, Curtiss Aman, and two nieces and four nephews in Arizona, Michigan and Texas. A visitation will be held at Hodapp Funeral Home, 8815 Cincinnati Columbus Rd., West Chester, Ohio 45069, on 09 December 2017 between 2:00 and 4:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, consider donating to the Cincinnati HART or STAF animal rescue organizations.
