Hicks Myrtle, (nee Von Bargen). Devoted wife of the late Adrian “Jay” Hicks. Loving mother of Judy (Bill) Murphy and Dennis (Lorraine) Hicks. Dear grandmother of Amanda (Tim) Mullins, Richard, Jennifer, Clinton, and Holden Hicks. Great grandmother of Remmison and Olivia Mullins. Sister of Clarence Von Bargen, Jr., and the late Gladys Wilcox and Earl Von Bargen. Passed away, September 5, 2009, age 87. Longtime member of St. John’s UCC, in Reading, OH. Member of the Cardinal Chapter of the Eastern Star and Western Hills AARP. Visitation will take place on Friday, September 11 at Hodapp Funeral Home, 8815 Cinti-Columbus Rd., (Rt 42), West Chester, from 12 noon until time of funeral service at 2 pm.
