Sister of Dr. John (Becky) and Michael (Karen) Czachor. Passed away July 26, 2013. Age 49. Memorial Visitation will take place at the Hodapp Funeral Home 8815 Cincinnati-Columbus Rd. (Rt. 42), West Chester, Saturday from 3PM unit time of Memorial Service at 5PM. Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties or to the Warren County Humane Society.
