IRVINE, Orvis “Cash,” beloved husband for 72 years of the late Mintie Irvine (nee Van Hook), dear father of Gerald (Joan) Irvine and Janice (Don) Fischer, grandfather of Brian (Jennifer) Irvine, Shannon Watkins and Gail (Rodney) Varner, great grandfather of Gretchen, Reagan, Matthew, Sydney and Samuel, brother of Eula Thompson and preceded in death by 4 brothers and 2 sisters. Saturday, July 4, 2009, age 91. Visitation at Hodapp Funeral Home, 7401 Vine St., Carthage, Tuesday 6-9 p.m. Funeral service Wednesday 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Irvine was a member of Norwood-Winton-Carthage Lodge #576 F&AM and the Scottish Rite will have service Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. Memorials may be made to Shriners Hospital for Children, 3229 Burnet Ave., Cincinnati, OH 45229.
