BROWN, OTIS C., beloved husband of the late Dorothy M. (nee Settles) Brown, dear father of Joyce (the late Robert) Fischer, Margaret (James) Reininger, Roger (Lynn) and the late Otis E. (Beverly) Brown, also survived by eight grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. Passed away September 15, 2021 at the age of 95.
