KRAEMER, Patricia Jean (nee Caulfield) beloved wife of Lester “Les” Kraemer for 60 years. Dear mother of Karen Kraemer Johnson (Tim Martini), Lester “Rocky” (Toni) Kraemer, Tim (Gayle) Kraemer and the late Baby Dougie. Loving grandmother of 9 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Daughter of the late Thomas “Irish” and Margaret “Skip” Caulfield. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Patricia passed away on April 22, 2017 at the age of 76. Visitation will be held at Hodapp Funeral Home, College Hill, 6041 Hamilton Avenue, 45224 on Thursday 9:00 AM until Funeral Service at 11:00 AM. Condolences at hodappfuneralhome.com.
