RICHTER, Patricia L. (nee Busam). Beloved wife of the late Daniel Vail and the late Donald Richter. Beloved mother of Daniel (Kim) Vail, Victoria (Steve) Copper, Kimberly (Bob) Kraft, Sandra (Russell) Miller. Cherished grandmother of Ryan and Aaron Vail, Kevin and Brent Kraft, Nick and Brooke Miller. Also survived by 7 step-children, 30 step-grandchildren, and 2 step-great grandchildren. Caring sister of Carol (Gil) Grupenhof and Skip Busam. Monday, July 27, 2009, age 70. Visitation at Sacred Heart Church, 400 Nilles Rd., Fairfield, 45014 on Friday, July 31 from 8:45 am until the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 am.
