Patricia Lee Welch

Patricia Lee Welch (nee Wininger) was the beloved wife of 48 years to Kenneth Welch and loving mother of Nathan (Leah) Welch, Karen Luehrman, Joby (Lisa) Welch, Annie (Tony) Foley, and Jonathan (Allison) Welch.

Trish's proudest accomplishment was her large family. More than anything, she enjoyed being Nana Trish to Morgan, Logan, Luke, Jacob, Natalie, Raymond, Jalen, Penny, Jonse, Silver, Alfonso, Vincent, Everett, Savannah, Sydney, Casey, Sophia, and Great Nana to Arulea. She very much loved her bonus daughter, Jen.

She was the sister of the late Ernestine (Tom) Duvall, Brent Wininger, and Karen Allen. Sister-in-law of Linda Wininger and Bob Allen.

Trish passed away from complications of ALS on September 18, 2019 at the age of 71.

In her 40+ years as a registered nurse working at hospitals across greater Cincinnati and parts of rural Kentucky, she cared for many people. She loved telling stories about her time at Deaconess Hospital and Good Samaritan Hospital.

Many people knew her as Sister Trish and experienced her love of Jesus. They will miss her prayers and friendship. Some of her last words were in prayer and she went shouting on to glory.

Visitation will be held Monday, September 23, 2019 at Promised Land Church 6227 Price Rd, Loveland, OH 45140 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. The funeral service will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the church.
