Penny L. Cecil

Cecil, Penny L. (nee Richards) Beloved wife of Ken Cecil. Loving mother of Christine E. (Ethan) Morris, Jolynn D. (Arthur) Elliott, and Kyle G. (Tara) Cecil. Grandmother of Cara, Allen, Riley, Brady and Kenley. Sister of Don (Barbara) Richards. Daughter of Eunice E. Larcher and step-daughter of Emile E. Larcher. Preceded in death by her father Don Richards. Penny was a teacher of Early Childhood Special Education in the Lakota Local Schools for 23 years. Passed away on January 2, 2016, at the age of 60. Visitation will be held Friday, January 8, 2016, at Hodapp Funeral Home 6410 Cincinnati Dayton Rd. Liberty Twp. 45044 from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Funeral services will be held Saturday at Bethany United Methodist Church 6388 Cincinnati Dayton Rd, Liberty Township, OH 45044 at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, Penny’s family is requesting donations be made to Liberty Early Childhood School PTO for book donations: Liberty ECS PTO 6040 Princeton Rd.
