Phyllis Fodor

FODOR, Phyllis Kay (née Sims) September 27, 1958 -August 26, 2018. She is survived by husband Joseph Fodor, III of 40 years. Loving mother of sons Andrew (Rosemary) Fodor and Casey (Jennifer) Fodor. Survived by sister Patricia Cegiel and husband Michael, and brother Darrel Sims and wife Rita, granddaughters Carly and Rebecca and grandson Nolan, and a very loving extended Sims and Fodor family.  She was preceded by her beloved parents Earl and Esther Sims.

Phyllis was a committed Christian with an abiding faith in God.  She was blessed with the gift of giving, touching many lives by providing meals during times of need, financial gifts to many charitable organizations and close friendship to many.  Phyllis had a special place in her heart for the missionaries sent to the field of Tanzania by the Grace Baptist Church.  She loved spending time with family, friends, and had a special love for her grandchildren. Phyllis and her husband Joe were fortunate to have traveled extensively through the years and enjoyed many trips to Cocoa Beach.  This significant family loss is lightened by the memories of her love and commitment to her family.
