Phyllis Jacks (nee Pierce), beloved wife of the late George P. Jacks. Loving mother of Carol Chapman, Loretta Jacks, and the late Judith Flynn. Caring grandmother of Sarah (Tim) Clark and David (Toni) Chapman. Great grandmother of Kendall and Cameron Clark, Oakley and Paxton Chapman.

Phyllis passed away April 6, 2025, at the age of 95. Visitation will be held at Faith Bible Church, 8130 E. Kemper Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45249, Friday, April 11, from 10 a.m. until funeral service at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Faith Bible Church or Shriner's Children Ohio.
