Raymond E. Maffey

MAFFEY, Raymond E., beloved husband of Ruth M. (Bachman) Maffey for 63 years. Father of Mark (Mary Ellen) Maffey of Ft Wayne , IN, Shelly (Ben) Brauer, Denise Hoekstra, Dave, Pete (Rhonda), and Paul (Sandy) Maffey of Cincinnati. Also survived by 15 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Brother of Charlotte Blake. Passed away Monday, August 19, 2013 at the age of 87. Ray was a veteran of the U.S. Navy in WWII and Korea. Member of St. Patrick K of C #1747. Visitation will be held at Corpus Christi Church, 2014 Springdale Rd., 45231 Saturday from 9 a.m. until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. Memorials may be directed to Corpus Christi Church or to Roger Bacon High School, 4320 Vine St., St. Bernard, OH 45217.
