Richard Catron

CATRON, Richard “Dick” passed away peacefully on September 15, 2013 at Hospice of Cincinnati Blue Ash. Dick was the beloved husband of Jean Catron (nee Rich) for 58 years. The loving father of Richard Jr. (Julie) and Stephen. The very loving grandfather of Chelsey, Alexandra and Alecia. Brother of Nancy, Gary (Joy) Catron. Brother in law of Betty (Jim) Campbell, Bob (Jenny) Rich and Bonnie Cosby. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. He was proceeded in death by parents Wilburn and Artye Catron. Brothers Wilburn Jr., Arnold and Roger. Dick was a long time employee (37 years) of Procter and Gamble. He was an avid bowler, golfer, softball player, and in later years a very popular homemade wine maker. Visitation will be held Thursday, September 19 at Hodapp Funeral Home 8815 Cincinnati Columbus Rd. (Rt. 42) West Chester, OH from 10 AM until the time of service at 12 noon. Followed by burial at West Chester Twp. Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the American Heart Association or Hospice of Cincinnati.
