Richard J. Beiting

BEITING, Richard J. Beloved husband and companion of Rebekah Distler Beiting for 31 years. Dear father of Jeffrey R. Beiting, Paula (Paul) Kobelt, Karen (Gus) McCoy and Donna (Paul) Slagle. Grandfather of Megan, Emily and Brian Beiting, Peter, Madeleine and Alex Kobelt, Travis McCoy, Tara (Luke) Senor and Garrett and Grant Slagle. Brother of Jean Beiting. Brother-in-law of Deborah (Donald) Blum. Also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Passed away peacefully at his home with his family by his side as he battled cancer on Tuesday July 10, 2012 at age 80. Visitation to be held at St. Vivian Church, 7600 Winton Rd., Finneytown, Saturday from 9 AM until Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1000 Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38148 and Hospice of Cincinnati C/O Bethesda Foundation, Inc., P.O. Box 633597, Cincinnati, OH 45263. Richard was a lifetime member of VFW Post 9294.
