TWEDDELL, Richard III, will be remembered as a warm-hearted man with a gift for creating and an endearing sense of humor he shared with all. He was the beloved husband of Kay M. Tweddell who just recently passed; the loving father of Rich Tweddell, David Tweddell and Christine Tweddell; the brother of Curt (Deborah) Tweddell and James (Susie) Tweddell. Rick, as he was known by friends, passed away on November 2, 2018 at the age of 66. An avid gardener and a toy designer for Kenner, he combined his passions to invent VegiForms, a process for molding vegetables into unique shapes, such as turning a squash into Elvis. VegiForms was featured in magazines, including “People” and on national television. In his later work as a Senior Engineer at Proctor & Gamble, he held over a dozen patents for a wide variety of products.
