Rick Ballard – Beloved Husband of Mary Ballard. Devoted Father of Kathy Ballard, Heather Foster, Andrea Adkins, Jennifer Freund-Broerman, and Stephanie Ballard. Dear Son of late Floyd Ballard and Mae and Jack Lawson. Loving Grandfather of Hannah, Hunter, Hayden, and Hyrum Lane. Beloved Brother of Floyd Ballard, Billy Lawson and Jackie Smith, he is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Rick passed away on Tuesday January 1, 2013 at the age of 68. Visitations will be held at Hodapp Funeral Home on 6410 Cincinnati-Dayton Road Liberty Township Ohio 45044 on Monday January 7, 2013 from 11:00-12:00. Memorial service begins at 12:00pm.
