Robert "Bob" Wanstrath

Robert “Bob” passed away peacefully on Feb 10, at the age of 71. Son of the late Robert and June Wanstrath, and stepson of the late Ginny Kroeger Wanstrath. He is survived by his beloved wife Julie (nee Suer), devoted sons Michael (Michelle), Joe (Emily) and Sam (Sarah) and loving grandchildren Henry, Simon, Greta, Alice and Gus. Brother to MaryAnn (Michael) Broe, Ellen (the late Dan Wagner), Dennis (Elaine) Wanstrath, Eileen Kroeger, Mary Jo (the late Ed Lameier), Ronnie (John) Dawson, Kathy (the late Matt Guilfoyle), Len (Diane) Kroeger, Marie Kroeger, and the late Ken Kroeger. He was an uncle to many wonderful nieces and nephews. Bob was an accountant, a proud Vietnam veteran, and in retirement, a cuddler for babies in the NICU. The family would like to thank the dedicated staff at TriHealth, UC, the VA, and Hospice who assisted him in his 5-year journey battling pancreatic cancer. Due to Covid, Mass of Christian Burial will be for family only but will be streamed at saintclareparish.org/livestream at 10am on Friday, Feb 19^th.
