Robert “Smiley” Jungkunz

JUNGKUNZ, Robert “Smiley” Loving husband of Joan M. Jungkunz (nee DeFinney) for 57 years. Beloved father of Greg (Suzy) Jungkunz, Tracy (Jeff) Maupin and Tara (Mike) Haunert. Cherished grandfather of Lauren (David Meador) Jungkunz, Jeffrey (Miranda) Maupin, Sarah Maupin and Joe, Charlie and Rosie Haunert. Great-grandfather of Logan, Weston, Hudson and Maci. Special Uncle of Skip Rasper and David Flavin. Also, survived by numerous other nieces and nephews. The family would like to give a special thank you to Dani Garner, Jamie Jackson and Jennifer Anderson, his nurses with Grace Hospice. Smiley passed away peacefully on February 15, 2018 surrounded by his family. Visitation will take place at the Hodapp Funeral Home 8815 Cincinnati-Columbus Rd., (Rt.42), West Chester, Monday from 6pm until 8pm. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Susanna Church 616 Reading Rd., Mason, Tuesday at 10:30am.
