Roger W. Shafer

Roger W. Shafer, beloved husband of 54 years to Mary Shafer (nee Beuten). Loving father of Mark (Sheila) of Liberty Twp., Ohio and Jeffrey (Linda) of Keizer, Oregon. Dear grandfather of Jennifer and Andrew of Cincinnati, Ohio; Christopher of Nevada; and Tommi, Marissa and Ryan of Oregon. Brother of Joyce Hammond of Squimm, Washington; Carolyn Beuten of Elgin, Illinois and the late Linda Shafer. Son of the late Earl and Irene Shafer. Also survived by nieces and a nephew. Passed away September 3, 2018 at the age of 78, after battling ALS.
