Preceded in death by his parents Luther and Ruth Wheeler and siblings Lloyd, David, Roger and Ruby Wheeler. Uncle of Rebecca, Jacquelyn and 18 other nieces and nephews and numerous cousins and friends. Passed away December 23, 2020 at the age of 74. Private family services will be held.
