Russell Champlin

Russell Lewis, Jr. co-founder of Champlin Architecture, passed away February 24, 2014 at age 89. He was a WWII Navy veteran who served in the Pacific Theater. On return, he completed his degree at the University of Cincinnati. He is survived by his daughters and sons-in-law Jennifer and Bill Corley, Susan and Jeff Russell, grandchildren Beth Gregor and husband Nick, Amy Russell, Matt Corley and great grandchildren Jack and Drew Gregor. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlotte and Russell Champlin, Sr., sister Jane Cook and Margaret, his beloved wife of 62 years. Family will receive friends at Northminster Presbyterian Church, 703 Compton Rd. Cincinnati, Ohio 45231 Thursday March 6th from 1 PM until the time of memorial service at 2 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Northminster Presbyterian Church or the American Cancer Society.
