Ruth Katherine (nee Staat), beloved wife of 73 years of Cecil L. Fischer, loving mother of Earl (Connie) Fischer, Jay Fischer, Karen (John) Collins, Donna (Mike) Sentker, Wayne (Pam) Fischer and the late Paul and Kim Fischer, dear grandmother of 12, great-grandmother of 13 and a few great great grandchildren, sister of Elmer Staat, Wilma Dittelberger and the late Melvin and Ralph Staat, also survived by nieces and nephews.
