Ruth McLemore

Ruth McLemore, beloved Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother passed peacefully on January 10th at the age of 99 at the Glendale Senior Care Living Facility. Ruth is survived by her daughter Phyllis Wagner, her grandchildren Julie Carter, Robert Carter, Leslie Carter and her Great grand children William and Rachel Carter. Also surviving Ruth is her sister, Hazel Hunt and her brother Robert Day. Ruth will rest beside her beloved husband William McLemore at Arlington Cemetery. Ruth will always be remembered for her fabulous cooking; her recipes will be treasured and used in the years to come. Her all-time favorite meal would include the following: Chicken Kiev, green beans flavored with bacon bits, spoon bread and double-stacked chocolate pie. Ruth was a cook for many years for the Cincinnati Public Schools. A private ceremony will be on Monday. Memorial contributions may be made to your favorite charity of choice.
