Sharon L. Vogt

Sharon passed away Thursday, February 11, 2021 surrounded by her loving family. Beloved Wife of Eric Vogt. Loving Mother of Taylor Grooms (Jennifer Craven). Dear Grandmother of Ruby and Shelby Grooms. Cherished Daughter of Dorothy Gavin and the late John “Jack” Gavin. Caring Sister of Maureen Mulder (Dave), John Gavin, Susan Schroeder (Kurt), Mary Peacock Shumaker (Mike), and Robert Gavin (Janel). Also survived by brother-in-law Rusty Carter (Sarah) and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Sharon was a loving daughter, sister, mother, and grandmother. She had a fond love for gardening and summer afternoons. Sharon loved music and taking pictures. One of her greatest pleasures was playing with her cherished grandchildren. Memorial Visitation will take place at Hodapp Funeral Home, 6410 Cincinnati Dayton Rd., Liberty Twp., OH 45044, on Friday, February 26, 2021, from 5 PM until time of Memorial Funeral Service at 6:30 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to The Heart Institute at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.
