Sheila Marie Childress

Sheila Marie Childress was a loving and devoted mother and wife. She was married to her husband of 18 years David William Childress and mother of Payton Marie Childress. Sheila tirelessly dedicated herself to improving the health and well-being of her daughter through and after her cancer treatment. Sheila remained committed to helping other cancer mom’s and families throughout the country deal with the pain and suffering of treatment. Sheila generously supported various cancer programs and support networks. Sheila had a special place in her heart for cats and could always be found helping abandoned felines find homes. Sheila loved spending time with her family and friends, watching movies, driving muscle cars and fishing. Sheila is survived by her brother Jeff Van Sky and her sister Laurie Orth.
