Sister Mary Clare Windholtz, sister of the Sisters of Mercy for 67 years. Daughter of the late Emil Windholtz and Clara Fay Windholtz. Passed away on April 15, 2017 at the age of 86. Preceded in death by Emil, James, Raymond, Robert Windholtz, Helen Dassinger, Edna Kleckner, Estelle Kroner; Survived by Irene Joesting, Florence Knoepfler, Evelyn Neiheisel, Richard Windholtz. Friends may call at McAuley Convent, 1768 Cedar Ave., 45224, on Thursday, April 20, from 3:00-5:00 p.m. and at St. Clare Church, 1443 Cedar Ave., from 6:00-until the Mass of Christian Burial at 7:00 p.m. Funeral procession will leave McAuley Convent on Friday, April 21, at 9:00 a.m. for burial at St. Joseph (New) Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to Sisters of Mercy, McAuley Convent, 1768 Cedar Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45224.
