NIPPER, Stephen Andrew "Andy". Beloved son of Elvera (Jim) Delp and the late Leonard Nipper. Loving brother of Amy Huppertz, Greg and Chris Nipper. Dear grandson of Catherine Perazzo and the late Clem Perazzo, Leonard and Betty Nipper. Devoted uncle of Tony and Erica Huppertz, Kasey, Kira, Alexia and Ethan Nipper. Also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Andy was born February 23, 1974 and passed away Saturday December 27, 2014 at age 40.
