Stephen John Beiderbeck, 71, of College Hill, Ohio passed away Friday, June 11, 2021 after a short, courageous battle with Hodgkin lymphoma. He was born March 29, 1950 in Cincinnati, OH, son of the late John and Hilda (Lepolt) Beiderbeck.
Steve was a 1969 graduate of Roger Bacon H.S., Cincinnati, OH, graduate of University of Cincinnati B.A. Steve was a very innovative and influential person in building a high-production team for numerous companies, operating and managing with the following companies: C.M. Paula, McCormick, LDA, Foxtail Foods and retiring as Director of Quality Assurance from Lyons Magnuss. Steve was an active member of Drum & Bugle Corps. His love was the Queen City Cadets Drum & Bugle Corp and the lifelong friends and family who marched alongside him. Steve enjoyed a lifetime of diverse activities including soccer, golf, darts, skiing and was a scholar of history. A race winning go-cart winner with Motorsports Country Club of Cincinnati (MCC) TKG Racing. He was always ready for a new adventure.
He was married to Barbara A. (née Ritter) on October 1, 1983 in Cincinnati, OH. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Eric Joseph Beiderbeck.
Steve is survived by his children: Mike (Katie) Galarde; Billy (Amy) Galarde. Grandchildren: Scott (Ashley), Kara, Kevin, Brianna, Anthony Galarde. Great grandchildren: Mikayla Posler, Mariah, Andrew, Maleah, Chase, Lee Galarde. Two sisters: Karen (David) Brockhuis, Nancy (Richard) Spore. Uncle: Katie (Michael) Jarvis, Scott Brockhuis, Eric (Kate) Spore, Clayton Spore, Hannah Spore, Benjamin Spore.
