Stephen C. Mitchell

Mitchell, Stephen C. Beloved husband of Martha J. Mitchell (nee Rosswurm). Loving father of Lisa Muller and Tara (Geoff) Armstrong. Grandfather of Kyle and Tyler Muller, Max and Grant Armstrong. Brother of Melanie (Greg) Bromelow. Steve retired from G. E. Aviation after forty years of service. He was a pioneer and expert in designing aircraft engine parts with composite materials. He held many patents in that area. After retirement, he continued working in composite design at the University of Dayton Research Institute. He enjoyed playing golf, driving his Auburn, taking pictures, woodworking, and building model trains. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather and will be dearly missed. He passed away October 16, 2012, at the age of 65. Visitation will be held Sunday at Hodapp Funeral Home 8815 Cincinnati-Columbus Rd. (Rt. 42) West Chester, OH 45069 form 2 PM to 7 PM. Funeral mass will be held at 10 AM on Monday at St. John Church 9080 Cincinnati-Dayton Rd. West Chester, OH 45069.
