Beloved husband of Linda Binder (nee Berger) for 46 years. Loving father of Stephanie (Mark) Mullins, Michael (Kristina) Binder and Elizabeth Williams. Dear grandfather of: Emily, Alex, Rachel and Abigail Mullins; Johnathan, Kyle, Sean, Caleb, and Lindsey Binder; Sophia and Joseph Williams. Cherished brother of Kathryn Binder and uncle of Jasmine and Jenna Male. Son of the late Otto and Esther Binder. Passed away Saturday, November 2, 2019. Visitation will be held at Morning Star Baptist Church, 7000 Summerhill Dr., West Chester, OH 45069 on Saturday, November 9, from 10 a.m. until time of funeral service at 12 noon. Burial will immediately follow at Rose Hill Burial Park in Hamilton, Ohio. Born Again Christian that put his faith and trust in Jesus Christ. Steven was the founder and owner of Station Road Farm in West Chester. One of the founding fathers of West Chester Liberty Community Foundation and also Beautification of West Chester. He was a key contributor of Middletown Christian School and Butler County Sherriff’s Special Deputy. He was also on the Board of Executives Committee to appoint Judges and an Early Bird contributor of the Butler County Republican Committee.
