SMITH, Tammy H. (Nee Holcombe). Beloved wife of Chris Smith for 18 years. Loving mother of Noah, Caleb and Daniel Smith. Cherished daughter of Nancy (the late Carroll) Holcombe. Also survived by father James and brother Andy Seagraves. Passed away June 6, 2017. Age 47. Memorial Visitation will take place at the Hodapp Funeral Home 6410 Cincinnati-Dayton Rd., Liberty Twp., Friday from 11am until Funeral Service at 12 Noon.
