Tara Lyn Cleveland Vance, age 44 died suddenly May 26, 2014. Beloved daughter of Lee Ramminger and the late Charles Cleveland. Loving step daughter of Frank Ramminger. Loving granddaughter of Eileen Watson. Devoted sister of Chuck Cleveland and the late Shauna Cleveland. Step sister of Greg Ramminger and the late Michael Ramminger. Aunt of Kayla Jones and Whitney Payne. Survived by her partner Dana Weatherall, aunt, uncles, cousins and her many friends in the deaf community. Tara attended St. Rita’s School for the Deaf and graduated from the Ohio School for the Deaf. Memorial visitation will be held Friday, June 6, 2014 from 11 am until the time of memorial service at 12:30 pm at Hodapp Funeral Home, 8815 Cincinnati-Columbus Rd. (Rt. 42), West Chester, OH 45069.
