CREW, THEODORE "Ted". Beloved husband of the late Doretta B. Crew. Dear father of Cynthia S. Crew, Kristina (Rick) Labitzke and Theodore E. (Laura) Crew. Beloved grandfather of Jeremiah, Brandon, LeAnne, Theodore, Daniel, Kathleen, Melissa, Erik and Johanna. Also survived by 12 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Brother of the late Constance Watson. Member of Landmark Baptist Temple. Passed away Thursday, December 17, 2015, age 96. Visitation at Hodapp Funeral Home, 7401 Vine St., Carthage, Monday from 10 a.m. until funeral service at 12 noon. Interment follows at Spring Grove Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Northern Kentucky.
