HORN, Thomas Clifford, husband of 34 years to Missy (nee Jervis); father of James (Lauren) Horn, Jennifer Horn, and Katie Horn. Brother of Steve (Sue) Horn; son of the late Clifford and Jean Horn. Tom passed peacefully on March 11, 2018 at the age of 59 after his battle with cancer. No visitation. A Memorial Service will be held at 2pm on Friday, March 16th at Northminster Presbyterian Church, 703 Compton Rd., 45231. Celebration of Life following.
